At PoorLingo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day refund window for all initial subscription purchases, in compliance with consumer protection regulations. All refund requests are handled in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of your initial purchase.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14-day period.
Important: This right to cancel applies only to your initial subscription purchase and does not apply to automatic renewals. Subscription renewals are typically non-refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances such as billing errors.
Refund Eligibility
When evaluating refund requests, we consider:
- Time since purchase (requests within 14 days of initial purchase are eligible for full refund)
- Whether this is an initial purchase or a renewal
- Reason for the request (technical issues, billing errors, etc.)
- Account standing and compliance with our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
To cancel your order and request a refund, you must inform us of your decision. To ensure immediate processing, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Transaction ID (if available)
- A clear statement that you wish to cancel and request a refund
We will communicate acknowledgment of receipt of your cancellation request without delay. Our team will process your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings or by contacting us. Canceling will prevent future charges while maintaining your Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Note: Cancellation of future renewals does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. If you wish to request a refund within the 14-day window of your initial purchase, please submit a separate refund request as described above.
